… for the last time we are on a longer drive, this time from Denali to Kenai. 

On the way we stopped in Talkeetna …

… where i did indeed managed to find that store again, where i went to purchase a replacement toothbrush 15-odd years ago on my first (long weekend) trip to alaska. Then it was winter and talkeetna was the better of two options with “only” 45 min drive from where i stayed. Anyway, it is still there and pretty much looks the same outside, and inside. 

A quick stop at the river and a refill at Alaska Brewing Company and onwards towards Seward it goes. 

Turnagain Arm marks the entrance to Kenai …

… and our stop for today is back there, where those black clouds are … 

… damn! But this should finish by 2300h tonight, with nicer weather forecastef for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
