What we did not account for was, that Kenai is a popular weekend spot for Anchorage … and guess what, it’s Friday, so Seward is booked. 

But against all odds we did manage to sweep up the last spot at Stoney Creek Campground, and it is not bad at all. 

Time for evening relaxation now …
